There is 2 organic garbage under process decomposition, each voleume a=0,5 m3 and b=9,2 m3. Fermentation use Open windrowed method using trilateral of air-hole part of under to air circulation.
Method are using box printer and trilateral of air put down in floor base. Then organic materials dumpted and compacted untill selected height ( 50-100cm). Last lift to the above of box printer.
Usually this model composter can yield the compost during 16 day with inversion every 3 day. But after 30 day with 7-8 times inversion the organical materials still wet and sour smell with only gyrating 40-45'c warm and unflatten. Only part of the near by the air-hole have high fairly warm enough....
Our analysis after day to 27, that this compost is too solid and less circulated of air, besides truely organic materials which are composting more pigswills and the kitchen garbage become our compost character.
handling
The better Compost in first 10 day shoul take temperature untill 60'c with dampness around 60%. To bring back become active again we do some trick, for example :
- Organical materials decomposed and swirled being flattening dumpnes and phorus.
- Added the air holes made using by the bamboo takes hole the bamboo patition and
sides.
- From the both of this compost we makes a few different treatment, a=0,5m3
compacted as usual and b=0,2m3 compacted not solid.
Trilateral aerob for draught is still utilized.
after 3 days result the a compost take good enough warm 60'c and flatten and compost b not too warm 50'c flattening, smoke is even also blowed up. Bold thereby what is going on is before all with our compost, that is : less air draught because of organic media are too solid and lack of draught.
